Guest services was remarkable. Everyone we came in contact with from valet, front desk, housekeeping and other services were without exception pleasant, friendly, professional and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Staff was great and check in was easy. Big reason for my rating is the beds. The beds were so hard and super uncomfortable. I didn’t get good sleep. Didn’t help that the doors slam so anything someone in our hall arrived or left it slammed loud and woke us.

Love the property. It was a girls trip and it was very relaxing. The property was clean and well-maintained. Filberto at Four Brothers was amazing. He was very helpful with the surrounding area. Would stay here again.

This is our third time staying at this location and it is always the same, great service ,great room, I have never regretted staying at the Omni Del Rio! The staff here is amazing and i dont say that lightly. We just got back from San Fran , stayed at Fishermans Wharf, and I could not leave that property soon enough, I felt like I threw my money away. Thanks Omni staff!!! We will ne back soon.

Our stat was incredible! We could not have asked for a better location! It was within a short walking distance to everything we wanted from the restaurants on the Riverwalk to the Alamo to the mall and to our favorite bakery - La Panadería. We are so glad we got a balcony room overlooking the Riverwalk. It was so nice! And the rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Really nice walk-in tiled shower. We loved everything!

We wanted to be on the riverwalk and with access to a pool. The property did not disappoint. The rooms were standard and clean. A bit on the dark side but it suits the building. The pool is not overly big but it was enough and we were always able to find a lounger or chair. Staff were really friendly
