Not Hilton’s standards

Easy check in and out. Inexpensive self parking $5. Comfortable beds. Dirty microwave plate, mold in the bathtub, wet towel hanging from shower rod, broken lotion dispenser. Dirty elevator and ice machine and water refill station. Didn’t complain since I only spent 15 hrs on the property. Wrote an email to management and after 5 days they haven’t responded.

So first of all, I booked and paid for this reservation way in advance. Big mistake. Was I told about the parking fee? Yes. The $100 hold? No. I feel like this is something you may want to let people know on advance. Some of us travel on a budget and don’t have money to throw around at any given moment. So the first room we had, the bathroom door would get stuck. So we moved. There were literally boogers stuck on the wall. We called and called and called the front desk, no answer. This is unsanitary.

The front desk went out of their way to get me a bottle of water taking it from the employee stash because the machine was sold out. Plus the rooms are clean and modern.
