I noticed whole grains of uncooked rice near the desk in the living area, the refrigerator’s freezer was in DIRE need of defrosting, the shower kept standing water, and a roach was crawling across a hand towel on the sink the next morning. The sink in the living quarters looked as though it had not been cleaned in QUITE some time, an ottoman appeared to have burn spots (presumably cigarette) on it, and many of the areas appeared to need dusting. I had disinfecting wipes with me — per usual — but, I only expected to wipe over their “cleaned” areas, NOT be the one DOING the ACTUAL cleaning.

Room was filthy. I have photos of our arrival. They changed our room and the second was even worse. Window was completely broke .room had not been cleaned or dusted in awhile. Trash in drawers. They offered to change our room again but we were running late for our Grandsons competition and with 2nd being worse we weren't taking anymore chances. Paid extra for early check in. Also description online said 2 king beds and a fold out sofa there are no sofas

WiFi worked, but no internet. Card key would unlock an exterior door, but it wouldn’t open. Had to walk around to other side to gain entry. Horrible pillows to sleep on. Smoke detector was stuffed with tissue? Toilet paper?

So this was the problem with my stay. I extended for a day or two because of another appointment using hotels.com and I was informed that the next time I did that I will have to check all the way out with my stuff and then wait till 3:00 to check back in. This is what the front desk told me. The other option to keep my stuff in the room and continue smoothly would be to pay a $30 fee. That seems wrong on so many levels but that's how they run their place I guess.

The gym is very equipped and parking is kind of safe except when you have some people without handicap plates or placard who Park in handicap parking and others who take up two spaces. Handicap parking is not enforced by the hotel.
