The a/c worked the room was good we had the perfect view of san antonio. The parking was alright. The room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable we did not sleep well the 3 nights we were there. There was no breakfast in the mornings. I dnt think i,ll stay there again

Heater did not work and had to move to another room where the safe was broken, no ice upstairs, keys didn't work had to have them rekeyed and couldn't get a receipt from hotel. Had to pay $15 for each night parking which I was unaware of until I checked in. The mid-day clerk was exceptionally helpful and plesant.

Water would not go down in sink or tub. And then they switched my room and the sheets were stained. They did not make it a priority to solve my issues so make sure you check room and sheets before you unpack.
