I have not even received my refund for the deposit. I only stay there ft for 3 days. Very bad service and rude attitude from the front desk. Not accommodating at all. Had 3 request and they where ignored

Most everything is good. The ac/heat works great, but has a bad smell that smells like urine. It goes away after a little bit. It is from roaches getting into the ac units. But this motel does not have roaches anymore. They do a great job keeping the roaches away. Just need to clean out the ac units. I know this is the issue because I was an HVAC Technician for many years until I retired. Drink machine has been sold out for two weeks. Good stay. Good bed. They have an elevator which is nice if you have a lot of stuff. Very good deal overall 🙂

This was thee absolute worst experience I have ever had! I plan on calling the Texas health department because it was that bad! I would never recommend this place! They are going to get some one sick! The way the rooms are advertised is completely false! The last straw was roaches crawling out of the bed frame and across the bed!

The floor left my feet black and I requested it be mopped and I think thry did, but my feet were still blackened after exiting the shower and walking to the bed. The towels were abysmally thin and small and the wash cloths stained, i assume from others cleaning the black from their feet. There was no maid service beyond the mopping I had requested, and when I went to the office ro request more towels, I was told the maid was gone for the day, so I would have ro wait until the following day. I was never sure whether the staff understood anything I said.

Stayed 9 days! Only had 1 ice machine and it was broken. They never came in and swept the floor or made the bed. When i asked for clean towels i was accused of stealing them! There were roaches ...never book on Expedia without seeing the rooms first! This place was a dump! And in a bad part of town!

The front desk refused my reservation and I was forced to go to another motel. The situation seemed fabricated as the motel was not completely full but no consolation was made by the front desk assistant.
