Our home directly faces Fort Sam Houston Army Base which makes the neighborhood a historic district called Government Hill. The neighborhood retains its unique character, with many retired and aging veterans still living in homes awaiting restoration. The backyard is fully fenced, and cars can be securely parked behind a gate accessible by a code provided before check-in. For your safety, there are three exterior cameras always monitoring the property.

The house was perfect and fit all 7 of us comfortably. The backyard is gorgeous and very nicely done. We used hot tub several times. Host is very personable and responds almost immediately to any needs.

It was a great stay. We loved the hottub and the house was perfect size for us. The neighborhood this house is in is definitely older and more run down but the house is definitely upgraded and very nice. The host was very quick to respond and very accommodating. Only wish was that the water was hotter. I had a head cold during our visit and longed for a hot steamy shower but it only got minimally warm.
