We liked how close it was to the river walk but also was in a quieter area. We were on the same level of the pool so it was pretty noisy with kiddos/families walking (or running) by our room. But overall a comfortable stay.

Rooms were clean, beds a bit hard, Floors didn't have carpet, which was a plus to help with allergies. Unfortunately, you can hear the trains, planes, and construction through the walls, which woke us up through out the night and in the mornings.

The beds were comfortable and the balcony view of the river was nice. I was unimpressed with the tattered shade, ceiling stains, the train ran 3 times during the night was annoying, as well as the banging noises from the air conditioner. The staff was nice, but the valet service providers were outstanding!

Go elsewhere !

We waited for hours to get checked in as they don’t let anyone have early check in. Then at 4 we waited for 30 minutes on elevators while others were waiting to get up to their room. We walked down a dingy dark musty smelling hall with 6 1/2 foot ceilings to find they gave us keys to wrong room. When we finally got to room it stunk so bad and my husband would’ve hit head o shower it was so small. I would rather stay at a motel 6 than this dingy place. They made the reception look nice so you think it’s a nice place - trust me - it’s not! We left immediately and asked for a refund of $614 for 2 nights and found a top notch place for same price. Don’t book here !!!

What an amazing stay! We were accommodated so well and the place was gorgeous! Staff were super friendly and rooms and common areas were clean and well kept. Location to riverwalk was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Great all around

Absolutely no complaints about this hotel. Rooms: Spacious, clean, still up to date. Refrigerator and AC were both cold. Good bed mattresses, but horrible pillows. Facilities: Clean and well kept. There is a pool in the hotel, but we did not use it. Service: Great service from check-in to check-out. Parking: You are better off parking your vehicle at the lot besides the hotel. Hotel Valet parking is too expensive. Location: Excellent location (IMO). It is a block away from the busiest part of the River Walk, so you will not have to worry about having hundreds or thousands of people outside your hotel if you want to rest after a day in the city. Price: Great value for all of the things listed above. On our next San Antonio visit, we will definitely stay here again.
