I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The sofa and carpet in my room were dirty, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. When I requested to change rooms, the staff declined my request. Additionally, I noticed that the pool was not well-maintained, with hair floating in the water. The rooms also did not match the appearance shown in the photos on the app. I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention in hopes that they can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Bathroom dirty and ac was not working. I soon as we got in our room it was 76 degrees and was set to 65. We went to front desk and let them k ow and thwy said they were aware and have ac tech on the way. We left for 2-3 hrs and its was still hot

Great staff. Easy access to Riverwalk. Could walk to a lot of places. I like the hotel but there does need to have a little update on maintenance. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms need to be upgraded badly. Lots of old ceiling tiles, stained, walls poorly textured and painted. Desk/countertop warped. Liquor bottles sitting out in plain sight where children could grab. Walls so thin, we could hear TV and people talking inside our room. Pool was cloudy and appeared dirty. We could not swim.

Bed amazing, but as for the staff I had one good interaction, after that it felt as if the hospitality was dis-genuine. The negative, walls were thin, hotel room was mid, very (dated material , covered up poorly with new materials). Bathroom faucet was broken, hair (not mine) found within the underside of the blankets. It was overall a fine stay, the best aspect it was near a lot of site seeing and bars.

There were stains on my bedding and the hallways were dirty. It felt more like a rundown motel then a downtown hotel. Chipping paint, random decor, and extremely distressed furnishings in my room. Even the tv didn't function well.
