The TV did not work.. the blinds were stuck open. The blinds were stuck open. So imagine this you arrive in San Antonio Friday evening go have dinner come back except for the hot water and the clean sheet nothing works and you ask her. Why didn’t you say something because my sweetheart and I were on an intimate mini vacation and we could get our best to make the best of it. Compared to that the noise in the middle of the night people bounding on the doors locker room screaming crying that was our second trip there I’m not sure if they’ll be a third

The whole hotel is in need of a deep clean. Floors have stains, walls need paint touch ups, elevators need a good polishing - the copper decor was streaked with hand prints, etc. Otherwise the hotel is clean and convenient. Service is friendly and helpful.

The entire hotel was in bad shape. The service staff was slow in their uptake and response times. Never enough towels. It was SUPER LOUD. The train, the traffic, the church light show and music, and the other tenants could be heard throughout the entire night. The crib we received was disgusting. The throw rug was dirtier than any ive ever seen. The floors were filthy. The bathroom vanity leaked everywhere. Towels had holes. Tiles in bathroom had chips and were razor sharp. Had to call twice and go downstairs for help with a problematic toilet. Shower leaked everywhere constantly. Not a great stay.

Way over rated. Be prepared to over-pay ($37)/day for parking (OUTRAGEOUS) $12 for 2 eggs (OUTRAGEOUS). Reception area is nice but rooms lack decor, they are very basic with a cheap metal beds. Towels look to be 50 years old, thankfully we brought our own jic. Rooms are noisy from hallway noise and neighboring rooms. Arrived 1 hour early, room was available but they wanted to charge an extra $50. And they charge $200 security deposit that you do not get returned until 5-7 work days. I recommend any other place than the RPH.

The staff were very kind and access in and out of the building was easy. The amenities were very dated and worn out. The remote to the TV in the couch area did not work. The phone to the front desk did not work. We were in San Antonio for a family funeral and didn't get a chance to tell anyone. We just dealt with it. Updates to the furnishings is greatly needed.

This has been one of the worst stays I have had. The photos shown do not reflect the real facilities you will find. Old, not renovated building, noisy and rooms, AC in bad condition, no breakfast buffet or healthy options, unsafe windows not insulating from outside. I had to leave earlier, the front desk clerk assured the would refund the amount I had prepaid… at the next day the facility manager denied the request, so I basically paid for 3 nights I did not use. One thing is not meeting the minimum quality standards. Much worst is not honoring your word… that is unacceptable. Please avoid coming to this hotel!
