Despite what some might say it was a pretty quiet 2 days. No one is in everyone’s business which is shocking considering the amount of rooms on property. Yes they do come off as rude sometimes (owners & MNGMNT)but it’s not their intention there is a language barrier. All in all I found my downtown place

Our stay was great! The lady in the office was super nice, the room was nice and very clean. And it’s pretty close to the Riverwalk. We found our new go-to hotel when visiting San Antonio.

Didnt have any soap you had to put deposit for remote for TV and deposit for the key room so what there trying to do is make money on the side when I already booked the room online
