Disliked: Cleanliness
Not perfect, but not bad
In an "up and coming" neighborhood that is being revitalized, with some sketchy areas but on a nicer street. Wish we had known about limited access due to all the construction as we had to figure out how to get there, at night, in a neighborhood that wasn't great.
Cute newly built property with nice fenced in yard. Very close to everywhere we wanted to go.
Was not clean. I had to clean dirt and hair out of the bathtubs, and dirt and hair and what I think was roach poop off the bathroom counters, using the Fabuloso bottle under kitchen sink with no sprayer because that's all I could find. There should always at least be counter spray available. Dog poop in the back yard. Several piles. No TP in one bathroom and no hand towels downstairs. For the exorbitant cleaning fees and long (pages long) list of rules that the owner wanted us to follow, this was surprising. And while the owner did offer to have cleaning staff come the next day, it was too late. We needed to bathe. So, some part of the cleaning fees should have been refunded.
Unable to make our coffee with no filters but used k cups, so it was ok.
One last, and easy to fix, complaint- there are no extra linens or bed blankets (other than small throws).
We would probably consider staying here again if nothing else available but overall, the price was far too high for lack of cleanliness, and absence of a few basic amenities (extra linens, coffee filters, cleaning spray, etc).
