This has been the worst experience the place is dirty. I couldn’t sleep with roaches on the bed crawling on me throughout the night the room has a strong odor similar to pee and the management does not care

The room was infested with roaches, when I went to speak to the receptionist he changed us rooms, but the next room was even worse, as soon as we sat down on the bed the roaches came crawling out of the blankets and on the other bed there were fleas, it was jumping. We went back downstairs and called the front desk to get a refund and the receptionist was very unprofessional, he said "it's too late now" and wouldn't give us the refund. We had to get another room at a hotel.
