Two Queen-Bed Studio w optional Twin Air Mattress for 5th person. Please specify correct amount of guests, including yourself. Only registered/paying guests are allowed in the Studio. For bookings of two (2) we prepare one of the Queen beds unless guest requests otherwise.
NO cleaning fee so please pick up after yourself.
Fast access to 410 & IH 10 to airport, Medical Center, Fiesta Texas, La Cantera & the Alamo / Downtown!
Please NOTE: Smoking allowed in the Patio area but NOT indoor.
We don't charge a cleaning fee to make it as affordable as possible to our guests and we'd like to keep it that way. For that we ask for your help:
We kindly ask that everything be left the way it was found. There is disposable kitchenware to choose from. Please place trash in BROWN trash bin by parking area when you check out, found by side fence.Things offered are complimentary and to use while visiting, please do NOT take lotions, soaps etc.
There are hooks for towels to dry next to closet. Please don't leave in the shower area.
NOTE: There is another floor above this Studio as it’s attached to our main house. Please expect normal noise level from above. Also, please note, this Studio does not offer enough space inside for small children to run around. If you're staying more than one day and plan to stay in and relax, the indoor space is not the ideal for toddlers!

My husband and I got to get away for the weekend, alone. We stayed in the studio, it was easy to find, the directions for check in and check out were detailed and easy to follow. The studio was very clean. Everything you could think of is provided as well. I would absolutely stay again. We appreciated the hospitality and thank you for making our very rare trip away from home a pleasant experience.

Convenient and cozy near the airport

My husband and I stayed here one night in order to be situated in San Antonio for a very early flight the next morning, and it was perfect for that! The instructions from arrival to departure were clear, and the place was clean, cozy and comfortable. There was a toaster oven and microwave for making some casual meals, which was nice although for our purposes we didn't need it. The towels were very soft! All in all a good stay in a convenient part of town. Thank you!

Fantastic location, accomodations and host

We enjoyed our stay so much we rebooked an additional night on our way out of town. The property is just as it's listed with added special touches like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and coffee for the morning. Clean, cute and comfortable. Raquenel was very easy to reach. She helped us with dinner suggestions and on top of all communications. We highly recommend staying here.

Such a hidden gem!!!

This hidden gem was very nice and the property owner was even nicer! When looking for a place to stay in San Antonio, it can get a bit expensive on VRBO. We usually shoot for hotels because of this but we came across this place and saw it’s awesome reviews and also how affordable it was (she does not charge a cleaning fee), and it was a no brainer to choose it! The photos themselves do not do it justice, especially the couches! It shows black lounge chairs and some reviews complained of wishing they were in better shape. Well the owner listened and got these beautiful LARGE brown lounge chairs that are SO comfortable and really add a special touch to the obvious care they show for their rental and for the reviews of those staying there. I was very impressed by this and just all around love the privacy, comfortability, cleanliness and hospitality. ANYTIME we return to San Antonio, WE WILL be staying here again. 5 STARS!! ⭐️

Stay for College Visits

This suite was perfect for our 5 night stay for me and my daughter. Self check in...clean room..comfy beds...nice bathroom...closet with hangers...A/C. There is a fridge/freezer mini...microwave and toaster oven. They have a private patio that we used. Very nice. Planning to stay again for next visit.

Place was great everything was set up to make it easy and a comfortable loved the clear and precise instructions the owner of the studio responded fast and answered any questions the studio was not hot or humid which was one of my concerns since it is in a humid area and I am heat intolerant overall lovely comfortable and well organized and in quiet area and neighborhood area was closed to all the hospitals I needed to be seen I will definitely will be looking to stay in this place again for my next visit
