A pleasant surprise was the outdoor pool! It was refreshing after a long day of exploring, but I wasn't prepared for it. There were lots of chairs to unwind in, and the pool area was spotless.

I stayed here for a brief business trip, and the airport shuttle service was very helpful. My flight was very easy to get to and from, and the front desk staff was very helpful when I needed directions around the city.

I booked this room by mistake and would have probably left for a different hotel if we could have cancelled at that late date. The room wasn't in great condition--ceiling falling down in the shower. Things were painted, but not in great condition--like painting over problems. The internet worked about 25% of time. At the end of our time, I asked if we could check out at 12 rather than 11 and they gave me a firm no. In the end, we survived the stay, but I would not stay there again.

I spent two nights here while taking my kids on a short weekend trip to San Antonio. We didn't spend much time in the room, but it's undoubtedly a simple place. Everything went smoothly, and we always felt secure.

Air worked. The entire room smelled like smoke. We did not stay i took my family to firsta texas and wevwent back for our bags and checked out. Front desk sid not care. The pictures online were nothing like in person. The restroom door had screws holding it together and didnt close the inside of the restroom was moldy and filthy. It seems like the staff knows and does not care they are aware of what they are selling. I want a refund im not sure why expidia would even let the post on their site.

I was expecting delays or problems because I checked in fairly late at night, but everything went without any issues. The room I was given was quiet and serene because it was on the upper floor and away from the road. That was greatly appreciated after a lengthy drive.

Despite the hotel being close to a busy road, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was. I had a good night's sleep thanks to the comfortable bed and efficient air conditioner.
