**MANUAL GATE FOR DRIVEWAY PARKING**

Guests will enjoy secure, keyless entry through a smart lock at the private back entrance—no need to worry about keys! The property is fully gated for added privacy and peace of mind. You`ll have exclusive access to the entire home and yard, making check-in easy and your stay comfortable from the moment you arrive.
The property equips a NEMA 14-50 240V outlet for EV charging under the carport (charging cable not provided)

**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.
