We offer 3 bedrooms and a full office room, the Master with a King size bed and the other two bedrooms both with a Queen size bed. We'll be able to accommodate 6 guests comfortably.

Our vacation home is conveniently located 1.5 miles outside highway loop 1604 within a few minutes of San Antonio's greatest attractions: SIX FLAGS FIESTA TEXAS, SEAWORLD, La CANTERA GOLF CLUB, The SHOPS at LA CANTERA, GOLF PALMER COURSE, TOP GOLF, UTSA, DOWNTOWN, THE RIVER WALK & THE ALAMO, and our world class MEDICAL CENTER. Our guests do have access to the beautiful community Swimming Pool, Basketball Court and Kids Playground. Many restaurants, medical clinic, and groceries within 5 minutes of the house. The San Antonio Spurs NBA basketball AT&T arena is only 20 minutes away!

This house was perfect for my family and I for our week long stay. There was lots to do within a 10-15min drive and the house was perfect for us. The community is nice and safe. There were a couple minor issues but communication with Gus and Letty was quick and easy. Would recommend staying here especially if you are planning on going to 6 flags.

Great stay!

We needed a place close to hospital. This place was extremely clean and comfortable! The owners were very sweet and accommodating. I would recommend this rental to anyone needing Prostak close to hospitals, Fiesta Texas, or Sea World. I would definitely stay here again!

Staying at Gus and Letty's for a month was an absolute dream, and we cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we walked in, it was evident that immense care goes into maintaining this property. The entire rental was immaculately clean, truly sparkling from top to bottom. It's rare to find a place that feels this fresh and well-kept, especially for an extended stay, and it made us feel instantly comfortable and at home.What truly set this VRBO apart, however, was the thoughtful and intuitive labeling throughout the house. Everything was clearly marked, from light switches to kitchen drawers and linen closets, which made it incredibly easy to find whatever we needed without any guesswork. This small detail made a huge difference in our daily experience, eliminating any frustration and allowing us to settle in effortlessly.The combination of the pristine cleanliness and the brilliant organization made our month-long stay incredibly relaxing and convenient. It was excellent,again. Very quiet area of town. TV’s in every room, park your vehicle inside garage. The place is very clean and everything is up to date. Close to UTSA, H-E-B, Fiesta Texas, very conveniently located.

Great spot for our vacation.

We didn’t want to stay downtown so this was a perfect location for our vacation. Plenty of shops and restaurants close, along with SeaWorld and Six Flags. We appreciated the amenities provided with the kitchen and the quiet neighborhood. The hosts do a great job of communicating. We definitely enjoyed our stay

Couldn't have asked for a better Host and Home

Class A host. Miss Letty was a great host that not only communicated with us when we needed to ask questions, but she went ahead and gave suggestions as to where an purchase groceries. It was the little things that my wife and I appreciated with the whole experience. The home was clean and had all the amenities needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay and had extras to suit individuals (i.e extra blankets, fans, spices, garbage bags). All in all my wife and I were really worried about spending Christmas away from our home and Miss Letty and her home put all of our minds at ease. It was a great mini vacation and we appreciated all the kindness, information and amenities that both Miss Letty and her home provided.

Best in San Antonio!

We have stayed in many places across the country, and we give this one an A+! Excellent location in the city, wonderful neighborhood. It’s quiet and comfortable. You have a TV in two of the bed rooms, which we liked. All new appliances. Can easily sleep six people. Close to shopping for everything you need. Garage was large enough for my pickup truck, no problem 😊. I will recommend this place to my friends. If you are staying anywhere in the San Antonio area, you must check this place out!

Great property overall in a great location. Only opportunity for improvement for longer stays would be a larger TV in the living room area, but that's just a personal preference. Current setup is more than adequate.
