I had a room with a king size bed reserved but when checking in they ran out which was confusing defeating the purpose of a reservation. Unless the room a/c was set at 60 degrees the room would get musty and muggy. The showers full heat setting was luke warm. Breakfast was pretty bland and some of the pancake and waffle makers were not working.

Pretty good overall. Inclusive breakfast was good. Only complaint is shower was awful. Very little pressure, shower head was mostly clogged. Have stayed in alot of hotels, this was by far the worst shower I've used.

Food was great omelettes and bacon and potatoes wedges. staff was accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Pillows was horrible for me my head sunk right through no support, my husband loved the pillows. So would be nice to have both the feather pillows or whatever it is and a more supportive pillow to choose from. I ended up getting a hand towel from the bathroom and putting it under the pillow and that helped me a lot. That's my only complaint. I love the night lights on the switch

Room was good, shower floor was dirty. The pool was not cleaned. First night we tried to use it and it had a bandaid on the floor and hairs. Went back two days later. Same Bandaid was there. Used the gym, and there was no water. All the reusable water filters were red. I let an employee know and they were never replaced. Would not stay here again. Staff were friendly, but this hotel is lacking maintenance.

Would definitely recommend! It’s so clean, cute and the staff is so sweet. I would definitely stay here again. I work remotely and not only was I able to work in my room but I also worked in every area of the lobby and was pleased with how there were outlets everywhere.
