Frustrating when i got there no body was at the front desk i arrived around 10. I called the number. The lady came down to the front desk and told me that next time the the front desk closes at 4pm on sundays and the rest of the week it closes at 8pm. And other things happen. So i dont recommend that place. And it pretty rundown.

Parking did not feel safe , only one elevator was working , door to enter hotel in the back was broken so didn’t need the key card anybody could walk in , the hallway to our room smelled horrible, the fire alarm went off and we were not advised if it was an accident or something else , booked for three nights did not even stay there 4 hours , tried to leave the key with front office nobody was on staff , it was late and the weather was bad so did not wait long to see if someone would return waited about 5 min

Check in was good and Great customer service.... On the on the other the hand I had a gift card that would cover the whole room and it asked me to pay $4 for an insurance plan checking my card information and was chargec the full amount to my debit card instead of the coupon
