Jeremy from front desk really took care of us! My wife and I went to San Antonio for valentines and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We had no issues whatsoever and the location is great!
Seemed nicer online. Check in process after hours took a long time. The room was seedier and not nearly as nice as I thought it would. Especially for the price and neighborhood. Only a couple pillows. Not a high quality stay.
Incorrect room was booked by 3rd party. was put in a handicapped room which provided a bed that was 5 inches off the ground, very dissatisfied. Elevator was out of order so we had to carry all our luggage to the second floor. Facility was a bad smell.
staff was welcoming, the room surprised me of how nice it was.

Room was clean, spacious, and nice working AC. Did not have typical amenities like mini toiletries and hair dryer. Towels were tiny and did not have enough for all of us. Checking out was odd since there was no one at the front desk it was closed. I called the staff and they just said to leave it on the desk.
