This home is shared amongst guests and owners. We ask that all guests thoroughly clean up after themselves when they are finished using the common places.
Quiet time begins at 10PM. For guests safety and security we do not not permit anyone to swim in the pool, or go down to the lake front gardens. Please let one of your hosts know if you are planning on arriving/returning back to the property after 10PM as the main gates will be locked.
The common area and kitchen are shared spaces, so we ask that guests refrain from loud activities or use the TV after 10PM.
