Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Apartment wohnlich und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber, Wäschewechsel hat nach einer Woche stattgefunden, auch war es möglich, eine Zwischenreinigung für 15€ Zu buchen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war exzellent . Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Dafür noch ein herzliches Dankeschön an Vanessa. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

ons verblijf in Las Flores 1 (app 12b) was onvergetelijk; het appartement was pas gerenoveerd en zeer comfortabel; het uitzicht vanop ons terras was verbluffend: we keken, temidden een bloemenpracht, uit op de zee en de duinen van maspalomas; het zwembad lag vlak onder ons, en wegens de kalme periode (juni en covid) waren we er meestal heel alleen; het appartement ligt op 30 m van de wandelpromenade en de zee; de eigenares Liliana was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam; we hebben er een prachtige vakantie doorgebracht

Traumaussicht aus der Wohnung Las Flores

Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet, sauber, ruhig, schöne Aussicht. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl, würden die Anlage sofort wieder buchen oder Freunden empfehlen. Auch wurden wir gut durch den Vermieter betreut.

Wie nach Wunsch

Wir suchten ein ruhiges Quartier mit Blick auf die See und als Alternative zu unseren bisherigen Halbpensionen. Genau das haben wir gefunden! Zentral gelegen und doch recht ruhig, angemessene Größe, sauber und der Pool direkt vor der Terrasse. Nette Restaurants in der Nähe und mit Auto sehr flexibel, netter Service und schnelle Reaktion. Wir fühlten uns ausgesprochen wohl! Und, die Sache mit den Hotels hat sich wohl vorläufig erübrigt. S&J aus Dresden

Urlaub Gran Canaria 2016

Das Appartement von Frau Torres war neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles auf dem neuesten Stand und sehr sauber. Abwicklung der Buchung per email schnell und gut. Der Pool wurde alle Tage gereinigt, Liegenproblem gleich null. Der Garten in der sehr ruhige Anlage ebenfalls top gepflegt. WLAN überall guten Empfang gehabt auch am Pool. Die Strände von San Augustin und Las Burras in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, den die Anlage liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade, von der man aber wirklich nichts mitbekommt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 200m genügend vorhanden. Wir können dieses Appartement, mit der super tollen Aussicht aufs Meer vom Balkon aus, das jeden Morgen ein Genuss für uns war nur weiterempfehlen.

Oase der Ruhe

Wir fühlten uns im gebuchten Apartment bestens aufgehoben und total sicher. Apartment und Anlage sind sauber und gepflegt. 5 Meter Luftlinie von der Terrasse zum beheizten Pool, direkter Zugang von der Anlage zur kilometerlangen Promenade San Agustin-Maspalomas und den zahllosen Stränden, 300 Meter bis zum Comercial Center San Agustin mit jeder Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, öffentliche Busse und Taxis von dort zu erreichen, sprich alle Möglichkeiten eines angenehmen Urlaubs sind vorhanden und wurden natürlich auch voll genutzt. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist hervorragend, z.B.Mietwagenvermittlung an die Haustüre. Fazit: Wir können die Unterkunft getrost an Verwandte und Bekannte weiter- empfehlen und werden bei Gelegenheit wiederkommen. Steffi und Gerhard M.

Wiederholungstäter

Wir haben 2 wundervollen Wochen in Las Flores verbracht. Die Wirklichkeit stimmte total mit dem Online-Inserat überein. Ein herrlicher Blick auf's Meer und hinüber bis zu den Dünen von Maspalomas. Der Pool direkt vor der Terrasse und das Appartement sehr geräumig. Einzig, das Mobilar und die Bodenfliesen zeigten doch schon deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Die Vermieter waren ausgeprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns herausragend betreut. Kompliment und vielen Dank !! Alles was einen Top-Urlaub ausmacht war in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zahlreiche Restaurants und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Wir fühlten uns so gut aufgehoben und verwöhnt, daß wir das Appartement noch vor Ort für 3 Wochen im kommenden Jahr gebucht haben. Fazit: immer wieder !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wirklich traumhafter Blick

Lage perfekt auch ohne Auto sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet genau wie ausgeschrieben. Die Vermieterin war sehr gut Erreichbar und hat alle Wünsche sofort erfüllt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder,denn es war ein Traum!

Weihnachten und Neujahr in Las Flores

Wir haben die Weihnachtstage und den Jahreswechsel auf Gran Canaria verbracht und hatten hierzu ein Appartement gesucht, in welchem wir zu dritt (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) die 10 Tage verbringen konnten und ausreichend Platz sowie Komfort haben – all dies haben wir hier gefunden! Das Appartement entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls so wie beschrieben und eignet sich ausgezeichnet für entspannte und ruhige Urlaubstage. Die Betreuung und Beratung durch die Vermieterin war ausgezeichnet! E-Mails wurden umgehend und vollständig beantwortet (Deutsch) und uns wurde sogar die Buchung eines Mietwagens abgenommen. Wir können das Appartement bzw. die Vermieterin nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
