It is an ideal vacation spot for families and friends who like tranquility and proximity to the beach. Located within walking distance there are numerous shops and restaurants.

It has a pleasant garden with lawn from where you can directly access the golden sand of Las Burras and the Paseo that connects this beach with the beaches of San Agustín, Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. In the garden you can find comfortable hammocks for all apartments. Also chairs for our guests to take to the beach.

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of the complex although with direct access from the outside. It has a terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and overlooking the sea and the beach.

The 3 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor. It has a porch and has direct access to the garden and the beach.

They have a modern decoration, with kitchen and high-end appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven), spacious bathrooms, comfortable sofas, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV and free Wi-Fi so they can use their computers. Also small appliances such as toaster, juicer, iron, blender, dryer ..

There is daily cleaning from Monday to Friday. Beach towels also included.
