Description of Bungalow Los Tinos II in Sonnenland
This bungalow offers a spacious living room with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, high-speed internet, Smart TV and a small toilet, as well as a kitchen equipped with a fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen utensils.
All this on the ground floor and from where you can access a large outdoor terrace. Enjoy a refreshing bath in the outdoor shower, a barbecue with your family or friends or long hours of sun in its wonderful hammocks with umbrellas. This area of the island enjoys endless hours of sunshine throughout the year!
On the upper floor, which is accessed by stairs, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. Both share a full bathroom with a bathtub.
Bungalow Los Tinos II has a private garage space for our clients and access to a community pool open all year round.
The Sonnenland residential area offers many facilities: supermarkets, pharmacy or restaurant are just a few meters away on foot. Just a few minutes by car is Holiday World, a fantastic amusement park with a wide variety of cuisine and entertainment. The beaches of Maspalomas or Playa del Ingles are only 5 minutes away by car. Both the Gran Canaria airport and the beaches of Mogán or Puerto Rico are about a 20-minute drive from the bungalow.
