Only a few meters away from the ocean and the golden sand of the Dunes of Maspalomas. Just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade with restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers where you can find anything you need.

This duplex has 2 bedrooms, a Smart Tv, an equipped kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, a washing machine, one bathroom with shower on the top floor and one toilet on the ground floor. Nice living room with air conditioning and a lovely and wide terrace to enjoy a meal outdoors and then have a swim in its shared swimming pool! You will also count on your own private parking space and free internet connection.

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
A deposit of 350 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
