It has a modern style with top quality materials and comfort and is located in a very quiet residential complex, with a community pool and tennis court.It has a bedroom with a double bed and a ceiling fan. Living-dining room with sofa bed for 2 people (measures 2.04m x 1.40m), fully equipped integrated kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils... High-speed and unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the house and smart TV with international channels. It also has air conditioning in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.. The large windows make the interior very bright during all hours of the day. It also has a bathroom with shower.The exterior has a private terrace with a dining area for 4 people and a barbecue.To spend a family vacation, it is a dream place to enjoy the tranquility and relax.There is a cot and high chair available. Please let us know when you make your reservation, they will be provided on request only. Leider war die Kommunikation schon erschwert, weil weder der Gastgeber noch die Agentur in Deutsch kommunizierten. Der Schlüsselüberbringer konnte auch kein Deutsch und war sehr schnell ohne große Erklärungen wieder weg. Der Garten war für uns nicht nutzbar, die Sonnenstühle und -liegen sehr in die Jahre gekommen und dienten zusammen mit dem Sonnenschirm, der keine Schutzhülle besitzt, als Lande- und Kackplatz für Tauben. Der Kunstrasen hat wohl auch lange keine Reinigung erfahren, hier barfuß laufen mochten wir nicht. Die Terrassenmöbel sind ziemlich verranzt, noch schlimmer die stockigen Sitz- und Rückenpolster, da möchte niemand drauf sitzen. Die Arbeitsfläche in der Küche, also die Theke, klebt und lässt sich auch nicht mit Spülmittelwasser und extra gekauften Mikrofasertüchern reinigen. Das Bett ist für 2 Erwachsene zu schmal, ca. 140cm, das Schlafsofa im Wohnraum absolut unbequem. Abends war es häufig sehr laut durch die in der Nähe befindliche Holidayworld, morgens machen die Gärtner in den umliegenden Parzellen Lärm und Gestank mit benzinbetriebenen Rasentrimmern, -mähern und Laubbläsern. Die Badezimmertür lässt sich gar nicht schließen und die Schlafzimmertür nur mit lautem Geräusch, so dass die 2. Person beim Toilettengang wach wird. Die Anlage selbst kann man nur mit Schlüssel betreten, das ist gut, aber leider auch nur mit Schlüssel verlassen, weil ohne keine Tür aufgeht. Der Pool ist ungeheizt und für unser Empfinden sehr kalt, die Anlage wird gepflegt.

Buen tiempo

Es waren sehr entspannte 4 Wochen. Der kleine, aber sonnige Vorgarten hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da wir fast immer in der Sonne frühstücken konnten. Die Nähe zum Faro 2 mit Supermarkt, der Bar Cleopatra mit dem freundlichen Wirt Antonio und dem Fahrradverleih ist ideal, der Weg zum Strand, bzw. zu den Restaurants zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad ist auf verkehrsberuhigenden Wegen gut zu erreichen. Das Küchengeschirr könnte um ein paar Teelöffel, 1 Teekanne und 1 Milch- oder Saftkrug erweitert werden. Auch die Kaffeemaschine müsste ausgetauscht werden, da während der Kaffeezubereitung viel Wasser verspritzt. Ansonsten haben wir uns in den hellen und sehr sauberen Räumen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt genug Stauraum und Ablagemöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer und Bad.

A pleasant stay

A very nice cozy bungalow All equipment available. In- aswell outside the house Bungalow is located in a very quiet en proper parque. Lovely garden with sunbeds aswell If we ever come back to Gran Canaria we will stay here again
