It allows a relaxed stay on the south of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions like Meloneras Boulevard, but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling, fishing or sailing, or just to relax on its private pool.

The villa is distributed in one single floor at street level, and features a fully-equipped open kitchen, living room and dining area, connected through big glass sliding doors to a porch terrace with outdoor seating and dining areas, and a wide garden area with private pool and sun lounges. The masterbedroom has a full private bathroom with shower, a dressing room and a seating area with a convertible sofa bed. There are two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one with up to 4 individual beds, and they share a second full bathroom with shower.

There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the villa. It has plenty of street parking area at the door of the house. The yacht club urbanisation is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, and restaurant. Access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 30 minutes away.
