This level features 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms each appointed with 1 french bed, and 1 room with 2 beds. The ground floor kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor bathroom includes a bath, shower, and a hip bath.
