Nice little Bungelow
The hosts could not have been more helpful. Easy check in process and great communication throughout the holiday. The Bungelow is really nicely decorated and has a well appointed kitchen (large fridge freezer, microwave, induction hob and electric oven). The bed is a super king with a very firm mattress and the bedroom has ample storage. The shower room also has a small washing machine in a separate cupboard. This proved invaluable as we were travelling with hand luggage only. The garden is pretty, well tended and spacious with plenty of room for outdoor living. The facility has a huge completely modernised swimming pool (unheated) with a separate children's pool with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available for shade if needed.
The plot is on a corner of a circumventing road with steps down to the main road down to the Faro (30 mins walk or 1 min to the bus stop). Meloneras beach and seafront restaurants are 15 mins walk away. Parking is easy and very secure with CCTV covering the area. The area is very safe amongst other holidaymakers with self catering accommodation.
The only drawback of the location is constant background road noise peaking in the morning and evening. with no air conditioning, having the windows open does not help. However, the pool area is very quiet and a real positive for the facility.
