Überwintern in Maspalomas

Das Haus, der Garten und Pool sind super schön. Das Haus ist gepflegt, der Garten gross mit wunderschönen Pflanzen, der Pool ist sauber und regelmässig gereinigt. Wir haben die 3,5 Monate Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen.

4 Wochen Ferien und 4 Wochen Baustelle nebenan von 08:00 bis 18:00 jeden Tag, manchmal auch Sonntags. Kein Ausschlafen, keine Erholung, da keine nachbarschaftlichen Abmachungen getroffen werden, betreffend Baulärm. Betonmischer, Trennscheibe, Schleifmaschinen, Bohrer und Hammerlärm, 10 Meter daneben.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön geschnitten und eingerichtet, die Betten bequem und die Lage hervorragend. Es ist ruhig, der Garten ist hübsch und rundum eingezäunt. Wir hatten überhaupt keine Probleme und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Haus liiegt in einer Wohngegend, wer zum Strand will, hat es relativ weit zu Fuß. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und sind nach Maspalomas jeden Tag an die Promenade gefahren, dauert 5-10 Minuten. Für uns war das Haus einfach wunderbar. Ein Hinweis für andere Mieter: der Pool ist kalt und im Winter nur für Hartgesottene zu benutzen. Und wenn das Wetter nicht so mitspielt, fanden wir es im Haus zum Sitzen am Abend auch etwas frisch. Wir haben uns daher einen kleinen Heizlüfter gekauft für 15 € und im Haus zurückgelassen. Wir haben ihn aber nur an drei Abenden für ein paar Stunden gebraucht. Alles in allem: wirklich zu empfehlen, wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Gepflegtes Haus, ruhige Gegend und hilfsbereiter Verwalter

Das Haus wird in den Sommermonaten vom Eigentümer genutzt und das merkt man auch. Es ist sehr gepflegt, zweckmäßig mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Badezimmer, dass direkt vom Schlafzimmer erreichbar ist. Ein weiteres Badezimmer ist über den Flur vom anderen Schlafzimmer direkt erreichbar. Der private Pool und das uneinsehbare Grundstück mit ruhiger Terrasse runden den guten Gesamteindruck ab. Absolut erwähnenswert war der Kontakt zum Verwalter, der ständig erreichbar ist und immer schnell antwortet. Victorio, Dein Service ist wirklich sehr gut!!! Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schönes und gepflegte Haus.

Private Oase in Maspalomas, Nov./Dez. 2015

Durch Zufall haben wir im Internet dieses Objekt gefunden, und es war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Zentral gelegen aber trotzdem sehr ruhig, schöne Einrichtung, sehr gepflegter Garten mit Pool! Wir hatten ein Auto gemietet, somit konnte man in wenigen Minuten alles bequem erreichen: Tenniscenter, Golfplätze, Restaurants, Supermärkte und Strände. Auch um mal nach Las Palmas zu fahren, ist die Anmietung eines Mietwagens empfehlenswert!...... Wir haben uns die 5 Wochen in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Pool war im November noch schön warm..... wurde dann aber leider immer kälter und hatte im Dezember nur noch 18 °! Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!!!

Great spacious apartment in quiet area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. The property is about a 25-30min walk from the beach but we hired bikes for our stay and were able to get around very easily. The property is in great condition with a large spacious private garden. Both bedrooms and the kitchen/living area were very spacious and comfortable. (It was December so the pool was very cold and we didn't really make much use of it.) Faro 2 shopping centre is a short walk away so very convenient for popping to the supermarket. I would recommend this property.
