The villa boasts 5 exquisitely designed bedrooms and a double sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. There are 3 indoor bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, and 2 additional outdoor bathrooms, ensuring ample privacy and convenience for all.

A fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a delight, while multiple indoor living and dining areas provide stylish spaces to relax or entertain. Central air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay throughout the year.

The pool can be heated upon request for an additional charge (€100 per day), allowing guests to enjoy it comfortably year-round.

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.

A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.

A deposit of 2000 EUR is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.

Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.

This villa offers its guests a garden, concierge services, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
