Additional Costs and Conditions

A refundable deposit of EUR 350 is required to cover potential damages, subject to inspection upon departure.

For guests traveling with pets, one dog is allowed for a surcharge of EUR 100 for the entire stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, though it is permitted on outdoor terraces. Parties, events, or overcrowding beyond the agreed number of guests are not allowed to maintain the residential atmosphere. Non-compliance with these rules may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
