The beautifully furnished villa with terrace and solarium with pool is perfect for enjoying the sun in the south of Gran Canaria. The golf complex is located in a privileged location in the south of the islands, just a few minutes' drive from the golden sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The complex also has a Sheraton hotel, a supermarket, a restaurant and a golf school.



The house



Upstairs there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the terrace, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.



The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. For entertainment, guests have access to the Internet (WIFI), satellite television.



The outdoor area



In the outdoor area there is plenty of space to relax: whether on the sun loungers on the rooftop terrace, at the dining table on the covered terrace or by the pool. The outdoor area has a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, gas barbecue, garden and private pool with electric pool heating (extra charge).



The fourth bedroom only opens for bookings of more than 6 people.
