Fabulous property in a great location

The property is spacious and easily accommodated our group of 5. The outdoor areas are beautiful and offer sun and shade throughout the day. The property is secure and the area quiet and safe. Being close to the beach, shopping centre and public transport it is an ideal location. There are many good quality restaurants to choose from and a relaxed, authentically Lanzarote vibe. The access to cycling along the promenade and into the hills makes the location perfect.The house is equipped for self-catering. It would be helpful to have a full set of cutlery for 6 persons. The main bathroom is spacious and extra towels were provided. The bathroom upstairs was small and the shower hose was leaking. However, minor issues as the house was otherwise wonderful with comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. We have booked to return already.

lovely

this is a clean, spacious house with a homely feel and a lovely pool.the nearby airport means planes fly over every now and then, but we quite liked that. shops and beach are Very close and a bike hire gets you to further places. highly recommended

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay. It's in a great location for shopping/restaurants/bars and transport options to Arrecife, Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen.We didn't use the pool as it was too cold, but the rear of the property is bathed in sunshine from early morning.

Another good stay

This is our second year at the property so obviously we like it! It is very good value , has a great location near shops trestaurants and the seafront. It is very close to the airport so taxis are cheap..also means a lot of aircraft noise but you get used to it. The back garden and pool are lovely.All washing/washing up materials provided but would appreciate a few basic food supplies like salt papper oul vinegar and maybe some milk. Any problems quickly sorted out by the friendly owners. Likely to return next year.

Great quiet area

The house is situated in a residential area which suits us fine away from the hustle and bustle of a holiday resort We were 3 couples in the region of our 60s and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Very possitive stay. The photos dont do this property justice. Outdoor space was fab. Plenty space and sitting areas. Inside quite traditional with all mod cons. Good internet conection. Very spacious rooms, cumfy beds, plenty storage. I would have liked a few extra pillows as only 1 pillow to each person allocated and only 3 coffee mugs. However, there was plenty tea cups. Po

Lovely spot with a flexible, helpful host

Anabel was a delight to deal with, she was flexible, responsive, friendly and helpful. The location is great, the pool was perfect for our son and we were within an easy drive of all the sites we wanted to see. We would absolutely stay there again.

Loved this property. It is well presented. Has all the equipment needed to eat in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and appropriately equipped. Requested a fan which was delivered within a few hours. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Beach a 5 min walk airport 10 minute drive Buses and shopping centre within easy walking. I loved this place!!

Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful time staying at the villa, it is lovely to round all the nice cactus and blossom, lots of shaded area, very good value, pool perfect size for us, towels provided, close to shopping centre open until 10pm at night. If you want a quiet relaxing place which has no tourists then this is the place for you. We ate at La Milanga a few nights as lovely food catering for all as we had two teenagers and can also recommend Patatonia Grill for a nice steak on the beach, cant wait to revisit!

We enjoyed an area that was profoundly Spanish, relatively tourist free. Anabel was easy to contact and responded promptly to our queries. We were satisfied with the accommodation although we would have liked a safety deposit box and an extra set of front door and gate keys. We appreciated the late check out on our final day and Anabel was helpful in arranging taxis for the airport.

Great value villa

Villa very attractive and reasonably well equipped. Any small problems eg lack of a grater, a faulty light switch were dealt with promptly and cheerfully by Anabel and Jorge. The location near the Deiland shopping centre , lots of restaurants and the sea is ideal . We got used to the occasional plane taking off and liked the fact that we had to use Spanish sometimes in the town. Would definitely return.

Traditional style home

Located in a quiet neighbourhood the house has a wonderful oasis garden with swimming pool, a great place for breakfast and evening meal or glass of wine. Supermarket nearby and easy reach to the coast, sandy beaches and promenade with many restaurants. The house itself was comfortable, a very modern downstairs shower room. Some basics were provided which was very welcome One suggestion for the top floor double room is to provide lamps both sides of the bed and a soft chair or stool in the room.

Enjoyable four week stay

Anabel was an excellent host responding very quickly to the few problems we had, even sending her lovely parents to sort out the flooded kitchen, resulting in a new boiler being fitted later that day. The house is in a great location, just a short walk to the sea front and the shopping centre. It is a lovely house but in need of a new kitchen and appliances. We were unable to use the oven as it didn't get hot enough to cook even a pizza, there is a microwave provided. Unfortunately we had to buy our own sun bed cushions as none provide, a couple of the sun beds were broken so uncomfortable to lie on. Surprised that no cleaning products were provided as we were there for four weeks and obviously needed to clean regularly. Spare linen was provided so we could change and wash the sheets. The pool is lovely, not heated but the sun was on it most of the day.
