Lock to room broken. Smoke detector going off until staff removed it. Caked blood on shower curtain. Warm but no hot water. Staff member was excellent in handling the lock and smoke detector problems.

The room was awful, the AC had such a weird smell, roaches literally crawled out in the bathroom I have pictures to prove it, I understand it was a high demand room due to the music festival but it was insanely over priced, there was blood stains on the sheets I had to go buy my on to sleep over, the floor had a crack by the bathroom door that I tripped on in the morning

The room wasn’t clean the sheets weren’t clean. I couldn’t even sleep under the blankets because I felt disgusting after laying on top of them. There was hair in the bathtub and our TV didn’t work. We called and went to the window and nobody was there. We wasted our money and we are very upset. This is a very bad place in my opinion.

The room reeked of cigarettes. There were cockroacks. The room was filthy and the refrigerator had standing water in it. There were holes in the walls and the door didnt secure properly.
