Amazing hotel! Rooms are huge! Cleanliness was amazing! Staff are friendly, no problem changing to a late check out when my meetings ran longer than expected. My 12 year old said she wants to live there lol 😂 I’ll be back to this hotel, couldn’t have been better.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and had good amenities and a high sense of safety. The breakfast set up was delicious with something for everyone. I would definitely stay there again.

Always a nice stay here on me and husbands casino runs. Only complaint is pool always taken over where no other guests can enjoy it, didn't know they allowed private parties at pool and bbq areas otherwise perfect

I was completely tricked all the way around I was supposed to stay til the 4th so whow the hotel switched up my days charged me a late check out of 100 my trip w my autistic kids was ruined and it cost me over 990 at hotel . I will be seeking legal counsel if I am not reimbursed immediately . This was a nightmare

This was a nice propoerty for being San Bernardino. My only complaint would be the 4th of July party where there was no pool accessibility and parking. You must pay the 15 dollar parking. Unless it looked like you were at a party in the front free. I have stayed at these quite often and at this location the digital.key only works for the front door and room. Not any other side door nor the pool.

Unhappy Stay

We arrived after attending a family funeral and driving from Vegas early morning. Exhausting morning to say. I had called to check in earlier than 3 pm and that was great. I had asked for extra towels for the four of us so we could shower before bed and those never arrived. To my surprise the hand soap dispenser ran out after 3 washes, hair strands were found on 2 clean towels, hair strands were stuck on shower walls, shower head needed cleaning so the water sprayed correctly, water pressure in shower was very low and clear cups for water were empty in lobby from 8pm till the time we left the next day at 12 noon. The paying for parking was a fee we didn’t know about as well.

It is very clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and that was an added bonus. Rooms are large. It is a great value. We stayed here so getting to the Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel to see Foreigner was easier than driving two hours each way in one day.
