Here is the list: 1) Bathtub was clogged, 2) shower stall leaked into the bedroom through the wall on to the carpet, shower curtain rod sagged so curtain just stayed in the center getting the floor all wet, 3) called ahead to check but no microwave in the room, 4) no coffee, 5) no hot breakfast. When we complained at the office, we were told that we should have called ahead to find out about hot breakfast not being served. The assistant manager, Ally, said that those working the front desk should have informed us at check in and would have suggested other nearby hotels that served breakfast. This is an idiotic idea. Can you imagine checking in at 10 pm after being on the road just to find out that our hotel of choice (no pun) would suggest we find a different hotel? A simple "Hot breakfast is not available at this time" should be stated on your website. Since there were three of us (my wife and I, and our 91 year old mother) staying for two nights, that makes a total of 6 breakfasts that we did not get during our stay.
