It was not what they advertised on the website the rooms are super small and the AC was not working terrible views I and my wife really unhappy with the hotel and we dictate too move too a different hotel in the area

This place is very run down and the pictures are only deceiving to ones eye. The staff isn’t the best and the restaurant is probably one of the worst in town, I ordered a hamburger and it was raw to give you an example. My advice is to come into to town and look at other small hotels in the area that are much better. Im so glad we only booked 1 night and moved to another hotel down the road.

The property was beautiful. Very tiny though. Maybe about 15 rooms? 20 max. The entire property was nice but both sides were terrible to look at. Debris. The staff was very stand off ish. Arrogant. 2/5 stars for the staff

It’s on the ocean saving time and hastle. My delux king was very small. No coffee maker or fridge. Deluxe?? It was very clean but the grounds really need some trees.. to much like a parking lot.

everything was good just one very bad problem happened to us on December 25th we returned to the hotel at 2 am the temporary fence that they put up at night was closed and they did not notify me at any time it is good to have security but someone should be there to open the door for the guests and there was no one at that time I spoke on the phone and no one answered me so I had to find a way to open the parking lot door myself and after that I left it open and the next day I told them about this problem and they only apologized saying that there should be someone to open it I hope this does not happen to someone else.

Simple liquor solutions

Staying here was pleasant, only complaint I have is when we try ordering few drinks at the night bar they didn't have the ingredients for some drinks, which is disappointing, as they have a simple drinks menu, and in some drinks wa sas easy as just replacing the correct liquor with another similar and they didn't wanted to do so as bartender said it will mess with his inventory, that's not good business. At least try something to accommodate the guest. I understand it's not a very popular area and customer service training might not be number one on the list ..

We recently stayed for 2 nights at Baos. The day club area the staff and the vibe were great. Huge shout out to alberto! This review is for the hotel and the service. We came down for breakfast. The guy taking our order didn’t write any of it down- it was 3 of us. They forgot my mom’s chilaquiles, an order of fruit and a milkshake. There was a family next to us who got their full order- I proceeded to cancel our items. The excuse was “the cook stepped out”. Will not be returning. And yes you do have to go up the stairs with your luggage- no help.
