Stay in a brand-new 2-bedroom apartment with panoramic views of Lake Nahuel Huapi and access to a large year-round heated pool (see photos). The apartment is located in a gated community on the way to the Cerro Catedral ski resort and Bariloche’s main attractions. Check the location finding the hotel Aguila Mora on Google maps, the apartment is just next to it.

LOCATION. The apartment is located in the Melipal neighborhood, just 4,5 km from the center of Bariloche (10 minutes by car) and 9 km from the Cerro Catedral ski resort (20 minutes by car).

The residential complex features a secure gated area, a large 25-meter year-round heated pool in a separate building — 7 minutes on foot from the apartment, and an on-site restaurant with a 4.7 rating.

Within walking distance, you'll also find supermarkets, cafés, and grocery stores.

The bus stop «Av. Bustillo 4,8 km» is located in 1 min walking from the apartment. But for better mobility, we recommend renting a car. A private parking spot is available right next to the building free of charge.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The apartment consists of a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious balcony. The windows face both directions: the living room and master bedroom offer panoramic lake views, while the kitchen and second bedroom face the inner courtyard with beautiful trees. The apartment features underfloor heating with adjustable controls for your comfort.

LIVING ROOM. The living room is equipped with a large sofa (270x170 cm), a 65” smart TV, and a PlayStation 4 with two controllers. You'll also find several board games and books about the local area and the nature of Bariloche.

DINING AREA & WORKSPACE. The dining area includes four seats and can be used as a workspace. The apartment has high-speed internet suitable for remote work, video calls, and streaming (140+ Mb/s).

KITCHEN. The kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable cooking: 4-burner cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, milk frother, fridge with freezer, modern pots and pans, baking dish, dishes, stainless steel cutlery, towels, glasses, mugs, and wine glasses. A tea station is also available.

FIRST BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. The master bedroom with lake views features a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a large wardrobe. A full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet is located right next to it.

SECOND BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. The second bedroom can be arranged with either one king-size bed (200x200 cm) or two twin beds (100x200 cm), and it has a built-in wardrobe. The second bathroom, located nearby, includes a rainfall shower.

Both bedrooms have 100% cotton bedding and a variety of pillows to choose from. Extra blankets are always available in the wardrobes. Blackout roller blinds are installed in both rooms for a restful sleep.

SWIMMING POOL. The heated 25-meters swimming pool is available throughout a year. Please note: the swimming pool is located in a separate building, 7 minutes walk from the apartment. The swimming pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It is closed on Mondays. Pool towels are provided in the bedroom closets.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
