É um apartamento pequeno,mas funcional,com um terraço e uma vista simplesmente maravilhosa para o lago Nahuel Huapi.A paisagem é,o seu maior diferencial,mas tem uma falha grave—veja no fim.Fica em uma rua íngreme,o que pode ser um obstáculo para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.O prédio tem elevador e garagem, que não usamos.O banho é excelente,com água bem quente e alta pressão.O aquecimento é a gás e pode deixar o apartamento tão quente que é preciso abrir um pouco a janela.Tem fogão,geladeira,micro-ondas,chaleira elétrica,torradeira e forno elétrico.Louças e talheres são básicos.Faltam alguns caprichos:há taças de vinho,mas não abridor.Também não havia nenhum item de cortesia,como uma garrafinha de água mineral na geladeira.O controle remoto da TV não funcionou,e não encontrei botão para ligá-la.Como queriam ir ao apartamento no meio de um passeio nosso para verificar o problema,desistimos da TV.O local é calmo:rua estreita,de mão única,com várias casas.Mas o sossego foi frequentemente perturbado por outros hóspedes/moradores sem educação.Deixei para o final a falha mais grave:não há armários,guarda-roupa,cômoda,nada.Nem mesmo uma arara ou cabides.Nossas roupas ficaram nove noites nas malas.Um enorme desconforto para um casal.Em resumo:ótimo apartamento,ótima localização e uma vista espetacular.Se for caminhar,vai se exercitar bem.Mas pense se você aceita passar toda a estadia com as roupas nas malas.Para nós,como casal,que ficamos nove noites, nao!
