Llegamos a la madrugada y en el hotel no tenian ni noticia de nuestra reserva (eso creiamos) hasta que después de bastantes llamados y estres de parte nuestra y una muy mala predisposición de un señor mayor que hacia de conserje, encuentra la reserva y nos dice que era para la semana pasada y que nosotros no habiamos ido...jaja... de lastima y despues de mucho mostrarle el voucher de la estadia pagada para la fecha que nosotros deciamos, nos permite alojarnos (eran las 3 de la mañana). Al otro dia como si nada, una señorita muy amable nos dice que lo de uds esta todo solucionado que fue un error de sistema. Cabe aclarar que nuestra estadia era en OTRO HOTEL Y LA APP HOTELS.COM nos derivó a este otro pues el que habiamos contratado estaba cerrado. Son todos hoteles del Grupo de Travel Rock, que organizan los viajes de estudiantes. Muy mala experiencia pero sobre todo ( falla del sistema puede haber) es la mala atencion de ese conserje nocturno, muy mal predispuesto y con nada de empatia con los huéspedes.....

La decoración está ambientada para un público joven (estudiantil), no me desagrada. La atención por parte del personal siempre estuvo a la altura de la propiedad. El desayuno fue excelente.

Las habitaciones deterioradas, con faltantes. No había una silla tampoco velador, una sola mesa de luz, el ropero sin puertas, sin ventilador ni aire, muy caluroso. El desayuno mediocre.

Decepcionados , no es tres estrellas.

No fue una buena experiencia , en primer lugar no contaba con estacionamiento y cero intención de solucionarte el problema.Las habitaciones limpias pero lúgubres ,con mobiliario escaso y antiguo. El desayuno muy básico y con elementos de regular calidad. Lo único destacable fue la amabilidad del servicio de mucamasy la persona encargada de ofrecer tours mas la ubicación del hotel.

Un bello hotel, cómodo porque se encuentra cerca del centro. Lo que me molesto es la atención de uno de los que estaba en recepción, que debe de tener un cargo, porque los otros empleados muy amables. Tendría que ser mas tolerante, dirigirse a los clientes de manera mas sutil. Solo queria aclarar eso

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el precio es razonable por lo que ofrece. Falta equipamiento en las habitaciones y no está muy bien mantenido. La cama era super incómoda, con un colchón viejo. El baño y la limpieza (menos de los vidrios) impecable. El desayuno malo. El personal muy amable y servicial.

Es muy linda su ubicación y las instalaciones desgraciadamente Expedia dice que tiene parking cuando no lo tiene y el control de la tv no funcionó el primer día. El desayuno muy básico tostadas y medialunas pero para mi estaba bien.
