This amazing 3 bedroom private villa overlooking the stunning lakes and mountains of Bariloche is a particularly special place to stay whilst away with friends or family.

Complete with hot tub, parrilla grill, extensive garden and deck area, the first-class facilities provided will outshine any cramped hotel amenities and provide you with the space you need to relax and rejuvenate. Stylishly designed and filled with custom-made wooden furnishings, this modern and spacious two-level property comfortably caters for up to 9 guests. With incredible views from its elevated position, the apartment is still only a 5 minute walk from downtown Bariloche, so its easy to experience everything the city and natural surroundings have to offer.

The whole apartment is fitted with high-speed wireless internet access and central heating, and there are 4 televisions with extensive satellite channels for you to enjoy. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a 50 plasma-screen TV as well as a dining table and seating for 6 if you feel like eating in. Not a great experience. The space was large and has so much potential, but:- Made the booking months in advance yet one day before arrival they had us in another unit the first night due to them double booking. In hindsight I wish we had booked that space instead of T7.- At first glance the place looked great. It needs some work: a deep clean, the railing to the lower level are in poor repair, the surface of the outside area needs repair or replacement. - The garage was very difficult to park in with the Toyota Hilux we rented. We ended up parking on the street. A small car would be easy to park. - Jacuzzi/hot tub advertised was useless. Only worked one night out of six nights we were there and it was only warm water. - We were broken into and thousands of dollars of goods was stolen, electronics, clothing, backpacks and wallets. No help at all from VRBO after asking for help as we are not fluent Spanish speakers, while we reported to police and no insurance compensation. We took the photos, etc. The apartment owner was compensated by insurance for the breakage of the doors. - The wall/fence across the back of the property is not high and it made it easy for the thieves to climb over, up a hill from below by the thieves. This needs updating to make it safe. - The apartment manager was to meet us for checkout at 8:00 to give back keys and let us out of the building. We had to ring his door bell to wake him up at 8:10. - I thought the other review was an exaggeration

The view is spectacular but the property really needs a lot of maintenance. The main selling selling point was the grassed balconey courtyard. It was a disaster. No grass, lots of uncut weeds. The furniture outside was really not useable. We didn't even try to use the hot tub due to a big crack in it. Most of the TV's were gone or not working. Our contact Jenifer was great. She went to bat for us but there was only so much she could do. This could be a beautful unit once again if the owners bothered to keep it maintained.

Incredible Views

The views from the location were spectacular. Just like in the photos. Spacious and comfortable for a group of 6. Check-in was easy once we were communicating with the right person. Similar to many properties in Argentina, it's in need of some minor maintenance and upkeep. Overall would stay here again.

Lovely view, poor management

Lovely apartment, with excellent views, well decorated but needs an update desperately. They do have a parking lot but apparently our car was too big to fit in there ( we hired an H1) . The property 's manager is definitely ea people person.
