Very clean and great value. 2nd floor so take that into account if older or any physical disabilities. A little hard to find and loose dogs in neighborhood so be careful if you have a pet you need to walk. Be sure to check tankless water heater when you arrive to be sure it is turned on (quite a surprise if expecting hot shower).
