If you are looking for an idyllic location in the heart of classic Chianti, immersed in the vineyards and olive groves of the beautiful hills of Tuscany, on a farm in a historic villa of the 16th century, then come to our barn !! It has a dominant position with an amazing view, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The total independence of the house, its welcoming garden, the large porch allow you to spend stays in total tranquility.
Inside the accommodation of over 75 square meters, recently renovated, offers a pleasant gallery with sofa bed, TV, living room with equipped kitchen, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, all complete with linen and towels included in the price. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Outside the porch has a relaxation area and a large table where you can spend pleasant evenings at dinner, using the barbeque available for guests. On the panoramic terrace, a romantic corner will allow you to have breakfast and aperitifs at the sight of an unforgettable sunset. A 300 m2 private garden will allow you relaxing hours on comfortable sun loungers.
Upon request, we have a cot for children 0-6 years old.
The house is equipped with independent heating and a wood stove to heat the rooms, however, in winter or in case of needs due to climate change, a small price surcharge is required for the heating cost due to private supply of lpg to be obtained at the end of the stay after reading the meter that will take place at the beginning and end of the stay.
To enter the house you have to go down 3 steps to enter the house and 10 steps to go into the bedroom and bathroom.

From Milan / Bologna or Rome - A1 Autostrada del Sole

Solution no. 1 Km 22.4 - Via Superstrada Firenze-Siena:
1. Exit Firenze - Impruneta
2. At the roundabout take the Firenze-Siena motorway junction (km 16.5)
3. Take exit for Tavarnelle (280m)
4. Turn right and take Via Cassia (300m)
5. Cross the Pesa river and after 300 m turn right and take the provincial road 94 Chiantigiana (850 m)
6. Turn left and take via di Fabrica (1.1 km)
7. Turn left and stay on via di Fabrica (1.2 km)
8. Turn right and take via Santa maria a Macerata (88m)
