Catch a Sun Bath on the Top Deck overlooking the Pacific. All patios and windows have views to die for. Take a soak in the hot tub on the roof top while people watching the action at the Pier/Beach and staring at the wonderful panoramic views of San Clemente Island, Catalina Island, Dana Point and Cottons Point. Steps to T-Street Surf Break and The Pier/beach. Plenty of food options at the Pier, Beach Rentals, and activities. You are less than a mile to quaint downtown San Clemente (walking distance as well or take the trolley). Ride Electric Bikes up to Dana Point along the Beach Trail. Surf/Boogie Board in front of your Unit at the Pier and rinse the salt water off in a Warm Outdoor Shower right at your unit's doorsteps. Take a local day trip with Amtrak Train Station at the Pier.
