Unfortunately, we had bugs in the room in multiple occasions and the carpet smelled like urine. It really smelled anytime the ac unit went off. Some staff were great. One was greeting people with sun glasses on inside the office, which seemed strange. The ladies serving food were kind. Our room on the 3rd floor was not updated as shown on your website with the pretty black and white wall paper etc. it was dated. Green patterned carpet. Room was only serviced once in 4 nights/5days. Parking seemed good.

Our room, 215, was very noisy, so next time we will ask for a room that faces toward the fountain. Otherwise, we love staying here. It is convenient to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and my mom. We love the fountain and pool, too. We had a great stay and will be back!
