The room was fine and the breakfast was marginal—eggs and sausage were microwaved. There was just something that was off. I was later told by a local that they wouldn’t stay here with their family. It’s not a family friendly area next to this Carl’s Jr. I had no idea what goes on next door. This definitely explained my uneasy feeling. If you have kids, I’d stay somewhere else.

The room smelled funny. The toilet was clogged when we got there. The shower nozzle just spun in a circle and never stopped on hot so u had to stand there trying to figure out where hot was. Bed was hard as a rock. Upside was the Hawaiian bbq place next door.

The staff is very friendly, and the location is in a nice area. The reason for the 3 stars is the following: it was a bit outdated, some things could have been repaired and spruced up to look better. My shower didn't have hot water I had to wait 30 minutes for the water to start getting warm and it still wasn't Hot. The place just needed a lot of upkeeping and a deeper cleaning like the couch and the rug. But all in all the place was decent.

The room was really dirty, I kept asking for house keeping and I wasn’t accommodated for. I really like the location of the hotel as it’s convenient to the military base, but our room had ice cream containers that was at least a week old, prescription from people who used the room, poop on the toilet bowl and blood on the sheets!! By far my worse hotel experience ever, but had no choice to stay. I was asking for compensation, but wasn’t given.

There were no towels in our room and no shower curtain. Housekeeping brought the towels but no shower curtain. We went to dinner and my husband got ill and vomited in the toilet it plugged up. I called the front desk and explained the situation. It was late at night and I was in my pjs the front seat told me to come and get a plunger. U said no please come up and fix your toilet. He said ok after 3 more calls and an hour and a half later he came up to the room and tried to hand me the plunger. I said please come in and fix this I don’t know how to use it and it’s your toilet. Finally at 1:30 in the morning it was all fixed and I was able to sleeep. This is the worst experience I have ever had. He did not compensate us for the room and I feel we are owed a refund immediately.

our room had two balconies one had two chairs, the location next to the freeway made it loud, we were furthest from the water heater so to call up the hot shower water I ran the jacuzzi hot water until the hot water got to the room. (manger will try to improve it) other than that no other issues
