The location is perfect, walk to the beach, shops,etc. The place needs major renovations. The rug is dirty, the sinks have seen better days, the trash can in the bathroom is gross. Also, the amenities in the kitchen are very sparse if you plan on cooking.

Great place, close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is a close walk to the beach and nearby restaurants! It a smaller town but has a lot of charm and is very safe! One thing I would suggest is to have some throw blankets in the place because it tended to get chilly at nights/early evenings!

You can't beat the location. So very close to the beautiful beach, pier and restaurants. Other reviews are pretty accurate as to what you'll find with this property. I would definitely stay here again based on location and price alone, and that they take pets.

Was a super cute place perfect fit for us! Short walk to the beach and pier! Only thing I’d change was the AC! We got there to check in and it was boiling! Took along time with just the window unit to cool the small apartment down! But once it was cooled it was lovely! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Awesome view

Just get there park your car and forget about it, everything is walking distance that you don't need to worried about driving the whole time you are there. The beach is less than 7 minutes walk, good place with everything that you need, we will stay here again.

The location of this unit is perfect with a lovely view of the beach. Short walk to beach, restaurants, and cafes. Plenty of towels and supplies. The downtown area is nearby with many restaurants and shops. Enjoyed using the boogie board and chairs.

Amazing location, quaint layout. But nowhere near enough to over come the bad side of the condo.Upon arriving, one of the neighbors of the VRBO pulled up and was very rude about where I was parked. Then a bit later he again was rude in telling us he was about to park next to us and we'd be stuck not able to get in the car.There is a broken fixture in the bathroom that looked like it could cut if I were to slip and hit it. There was a large amount of dog poop on the back porch. And it did not look new.I didn’t even stay at the condo. I went somewhere else.

Wonderful location

We loved this one bedroom condo near the San Clemente pier. It was an easy walk to the pier and beach trail. The unit had plenty of space and storage for clothes and all personal stuff. The kitchen was adequately equipped. We stayed more than 2 weeks and loved every day! Our only criticism is that lighting in the living room was inadequate.

Tidy, but not completely clean

Older property was tidy and is in a fantasy location near the pier. Floor wasn't cleaned to my standards and the kitchen smelled of mold.
