You will make lasting memories in this clean, uncluttered and spacious 3 bedroom home. I had the 4th bedroom converted into what I call the "LA Loft". A beautiful room with amazing view that I use for my office and art work! Three full bathrooms and this home was recently remodeled and 100% new landscaping, driveway that can easily park 4 cars, and garage.

Full sunset view, 365 days a year.

House if fully furnished; fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Fast wifi, lawn chairs, beach cargo wagon, four minute drive to Trader Joes, Ralphs, local restaurants, Home Goods and Nordstrom Rack. Easy drive and parking the beach. Fun walk if you want exercise and not carrying chairs!

Walking trail leading from the side of the property. Short walk to trails with ocean views. Five minute drive to the San Clemente outlets and movie theatre.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Shorecliffs Golf Club. Enjoy features like a gym and laundry facilities. The vacation home offers 3 bathrooms and a fireplace.
