We were upset that when the key lock stopped.Working and the office staff could not get it fixed.They told us we would have to go to the office every time we needed to be let into our world and a staff member could do it.

Was quite sufficient for what we needed. Convenient location close to the main shopping and dining area of San Clemente. Plenty of parking, room was basic but clean, bed comfy. The only bummer was that Expedia said free breakfast and there wasn't any and no water available in the vending machine. But it was a reasonable price and I would stay again.

The staff/owner was very nice. She changed my room to a different one when I expressed I wasn’t happy with the one I had been assigned. My only complaint is that there was an annoying little noise in the room that I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay.
