This cheerful coastal condo is steps from beach access and adjacent to the historic Casino and Ole Hanson Beach Club, making it ideal for weddings, events, or a relaxing beach retreat. Tastefully updated with a beach-inspired design, the condo offers comfortable living, a private balcony for coffee or cocktails, and easy access to the sand, surf, beach trails, and all that North Beach has to offer.

Location to beach is delightful. Condo is as described ,however, as seniors- the steep stairs to the unit with luggage was a challenge. Having a designated parking space was also appreciated .

Awesome beach vacation spot

Our family checked into this listing July of 2025 and immediately was blown away at the amount of space it provided for our group comprised of 7 adults and 2 children. We were in San Clemente for our daughters wedding at Ole Hanson, which was literally a two minute walk across the street. The home is beautifully furnished, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our groups breakfast lunch and dinner. The second day we were there the coffee maker stopped working. I reached out to the vacation rental service coordinator and they had a new one in the house that afternoon. Thank you! The proximity to the beach is a short 3 minute walk perfect for play in the beach. Our kiddos loved the secret play room!! I give this listing our gold star recommendation!!

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

We booked this property because it was in very close proximity to the venue for our daughter’s wedding, The Casino. We thoroughly enjoyed the open floor plan and sitting out on the balcony patio. Plenty of amenities, bath towels, and beach towels. We were also able to easily access the beach via a short walk. Fun bonus for us - we are a tall family and appreciated the tall shower heads in both bathrooms!

This was a cute condo in a great spot! Close to the beach with lots of beach gear, and a cafe/bakery around the corner. We loved the patio too. Only complaint: the place wasn’t super clean when we checked in. I think there must have been a birthday or something that stayed before us because there was glitter and pizza crusts that the vacuum must have missed. Otherwise, communication and checking in/out was so easy. We loved this spot.

Christmas and New Years Stay

We stayed at this property for over 2 weeks between Christmas and into Middle of January. The place was great. Very clean, awesome location, and beautiful views from the deck. The bathroom's are remodeled and the shower pressure is wonderful so thats always a bonus. The unit gets an A rating. My only complaint is i called Vacasa who manages the property and said we ran out of trash bags and laundry pods. They said they only supply enough for a couple days and it was up to us to buy detergent and toiletries which i thought was super cheap and un-classy. We ran into the owner of the property shortly after and he apologized and returned with laundry detergent and supplies. So the unit, property, and property owner get a 10 out of 10. Vacasa who manages the property gets a much lower rating due to rude customer service and lack of emphathy. Paying almost 10k for 2 weeks and they cant supply enough detergent or toiletries. (Face Palm).

Fabulous rental

This is a great rental, best beds, pillows, and bedding of any rental I’ve stayed in. The rental has a bevy of beach towels and toys (buggie boards, surf boards, sand toys, chairs, coolers, and canopies) with a convenient outdoor sand shower.
