Born from the family agriturismo of the owners, this villa is set in a calm and intimate background and was furnished with taste and comfort. The location is perfect to spend relaxing holidays enjoying the scenic landscapes of Le Marche countryside. Moreover, being close to the sea and the city of Fano it gives the opportunity to go for excursions, do shopping in famous brands’outlets and have a good time in one of the sea front bars and restaurants. The property, which is entirely fenced-in, is characterised by a tidy garden and a lovely pool with panoramic view. The villa also offers wide outdoor living spaces to have unforgettable dinners.

The villa is set on two levels. The ground floor is composed of an ample living room with fireplace and pool table, dining room, gourmet kitchen, two toilets and laundry area. On the first floor, where you access through a wide staircase, there is a lovely hallway, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower (possibility to add a single bed in one of the rooms), a bedroom with three single beds, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The outdoor area of the villa is under video surveillance.
