Villa Pizzi by Perle di Puglia

It is a villa with swimming pool that sits on a 530 acres farm, used as a vineyard, orchard and olive grove. Located in the countryside of San Donaci, it is 19 miles. from Lecce and Brindisi and at equal distance from the Adriatic and Ionian coasts (about 15.5 miles.). The closest town (San Donaci) is about 2.5 miles away.

The portico is ideal for outdoor lunch/dinners with relaxing views of the surrounding countryside. At the back of the villa is the swimming pool, very private yet never shaded, where one can enjoy the sun of Salento.

The main entrance hall leads into a majestic open-plan living area, with a well equipped kitchen, a lounge area with TV and sofa bed, a dining area with a big table that sits up to ten people and a reading area near the fireplace.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one double and a triple with single beds, served by a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a third bedroom and a bathroom with shower. This room has access to a veranda with outdoor furniture and views of the countryside.

In the basement is the laundry-storage area.

It is ideal for lovers of nature who seek a holiday "away from it all", with the opportunity to enjoy the healthy products from the countryside of Salento.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 55 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
